enterprises need to focus on enhancing their competitiveness, Minister
of Science and Technology Nguyen Quan said at the International
Innovation Business Forum held in HCM City on Tuesday.
Vietnamese startup enterprises in the field of web, mobile, agriculture and life science are invited to take part in the Startup Israel 2014 competition.
